From granulation through to end-product, we developed a virtuous process that converts vehicle tyres and rubber waste into products that are consistent in terms of both quality and quantity. This is a clean, low energy consumption process without any significant gas emissions and with absolutely no liquid emissions whatsoever.

During the devulcanization process, most of the sulphur bonds are broken, resulting in a raw material that can subsequently be processed like any virgin elastomer and can also be re-vulcanized.
