The first 100% made in Italy de-vulcanized rubber

We use an innovative process  to devulcanize rubber and in this way, the original composition is not changed.

Bagigi process has been LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) evaluated.

During the devulcanization process the majority of the sulphur bonds in the material are broken down, therefore, Bagigi rubber can be once again vulcanized.

Bagigi rubber can be used as a ready to use mixture to which vulcanizing agents can be added, or it can be used for rubber compounding.
